How counselling works

How long? Each session lasts 50 mins.

How often? In the beginning, as we get to know each other, a weekly session is usually ideal; in time, fortnightly or even monthly sessions are also possible.

How many sessions? Counselling is a process and is dependent on what’s brought you to counselling. However, many people find 6-12 sessions is enough to make a difference. Very occasionally, when there’s a big decision to make, a single session can be enough.
